In this episode, I share my personal perspective shifting and how it allowed me to experience what I truly desired in a certain area of my life. I also touch on the importance of allowing ourselves to receive good things.

In this episode, I touch on the importance of not carrying the burden of other people’s emotional obligations. We must stop over-compensating, over-giving, over-loving when the other participants simply isn’t willing to do their part. After decades of being silent, I am beginning to give myself permission to unravel and speak about the ever so complicated relationship with my mother and some of the unconscious ways it has shaped my perception of reality - self esteem, abandonment wounds, poor dating choices, oh my! Join me on this slow, complicated journey as I navigate and hopefully, turn my wounds into something medicinal.

In this episode, I recount my days of chronic illness and depression and discuss the transformation that took place when I decided to write anew script and become a healthy character in my story. I strictly speak on chronic illness in this episode but I would go on to apply this method to my struggles with addiction, depression, and codependency.
The things we go through are no doubt important to who we are but they don’t have to be ALL that we are and who we aspire to become.

A quick message to encourage those who are used to being a certain way… Sometimes, the labels we give ourselves can go more harm than good and can keep us from fully blooming.

In this episode, I introduce my new mini series called “If I’m Honest” and begin with reflecting on the evolved relationship I’ve had with myself via sexual encounters. And if I’m honest, I’m not built like I used to be! Lol!
In this episode, I discuss my experiences with discomfort and how it has been the much needed catalyst for change and redirection in my life. Discomfort is often a needed element to our development and evolution.

Facing fears are not easy but they can be the doors to versions of ourselves that we never knew we needed or could become. We always become a bit stronger and lighter when we get to the other side of our fears. In this episode, I offer encouragement and share a personal story about my addiction to benzodiazepines and the need to be free of them. #Leadership Development
