We discuss:

  • How to reduce stress, anxiety through mindful resiliency
  • How to identify your emotions and reduce negative thought patterns
  • Using mindfulness to identify with bodily sensations that arise with our emotions
  • Reconnecting to our senses and body-awareness
  • Re-establishing a sense of safety through mindfulness    
  • We go through a 4-5 minute mindful meditation followed by a debriefing and Q/A from the audience.
