Calming the Mental Chatter

Hey meditators! I am frequently asked, “How do I stop the noises in my head?”. The good news is that we all have an inner narrator who worries and makes lists and can be really negative! The even better news is we don’t need to stop the chatter to quiet it down. All we need to do is treat it with kindness and give it space.
