Welcome to the 2nd episode of The Forge
This is the new name of our thursday show.
The goal of the thursday show is to show you our journey to hopefully help inspire you and hopefully help you relate more.
Today we start off the show talking about the challenge Ty gave me 2 weeks ago, namely to count calories for a week and then do intermittent fasting and eat 1800 calories a day or less for a week.
I failed, however, I did spend the majority of the past week eating fewer than 1800 calories per day. We spend time talking about the benefits of doing a challenge like this.
We then move onto talk about the action items given to us from this last week’s podcast guest, Rahti Gorfien (Ep. 75)
Plan your tomorrow out every night
Do the hardest things on your list first
Eat a gratitude sandwich every morning
Lastly, Ty issues a new challenge. I chose to do 1 hour of volunteer service in the next 2 weeks.
