In “Open Hearts Open Hands,” from 2 Corinthians 9 we see that true generosity flows from a joyful and willing heart, not from pressure or obligation, and that our giving should be rooted in trust that God will provide for all our needs. We see that generous living not only meets practical needs but also results in praise and gratitude to God, impacting both our lives and the lives of others for eternity. We also learn why many Christians have a hard time being generous.

In the middle of Luke 4, Jesus visits His hometown of Nazareth to proclaim that He is the fulfillment of Isaiah 61:1-2. After His own people reject Him, He travels to Capernaum where He sets a demon-possessed man free.

Join us as we journey from the Garden of Eden to the Garden of the Resurrection this Easter as we trace God's redemptive plan through Scripture. We will discover how Jesus transformed our "no" into a resounding "yes" and made the way back to fellowship with God possible!

On Good Friday, we reflect on Jesus’ journey to the cross, His trial before Pilate, and His ultimate sacrifice for our sins. This message calls us to recognize who Jesus truly is—the Savior, the King—and to respond personally to His love, truth, and redemption. It challenges us to live in faith, share His story, and let His sacrifice shape our lives today.

The importance of prayer.

2 Corinthians 8 teaches that true Christian generosity is rooted in gratitude and modeled after Christ, who gave sacrificially for us. God’s Word encourages us to give willingly and proportionally, to be sensitive to the needs of others, and to ensure that all giving and church finances are handled with integrity and accountability, so our generosity becomes a joyful expression of faith and love.

Over half of the people who leave the church do so because of relational wounds—discover how Paul and the Corinthians found reconciliation when leaving seemed like the only option.

In Luke 3 and 4, we’ll see Jesus anointed by the Holy Spirit. Then we’ll take a quick look at His lineage to see how it fulfills OT prophecy. We’ll also be studying His temptation in the wilderness to learn how to better resist temptation ourselves.

This weekend, our opening verse reminds us to not be yoked with unbelievers. We’ll find out what “unequally yoked” meant to the early church, then we’ll discuss how it happened. We’ll examine a few unholy combinations from scripture to find how Paul’s warning still applies to us today. Then, we’ll learn how to yoke ourselves tightly to God.
