#198: Cam Gibson on CrossFitting at 80, Populations, and California in the 60's

On Episode 198 I sit down with Cam Gibson. Cam is someone who I have gotten to know pretty well during my time at CrossFit Roots and someone who I now consider to be a friend.

Cam worked at the Census Bureau for many years because of his passion for statistics and populations. That passion still fuels him to this day as he still works on various projects dealing with populations. He also has a passion for Baseball analytics and Baseball history where he has written many articles and done a ton of research concerning player performance over time. To put it simply he makes me question, almost daily, everything that I thought I knew about Baseball.

Cam is also a member of our CrossFit Roots Legends class where he is still kickin' it and crushing CrossFit workouts at the young age of 80 years old.

What's so cool to me about this conversation and having the opportunity to talk to Cam is the fact that he has lived through so many events and periods of time that I have only read and heard stories about. So, to have the opportunity to pick his brain a little bit and chat a little bit was truly special to me.
