What action do we need to take to save the planet? And, how do we get everyone on board? It’s one of the questions at the Festival of Ideas next month – tickets for which were released on Monday. One idea is to change what we eat. Dr Shailaja Fennell, Senior Lecturer in Development Studies, Department of Land Economy, says one option is supergrains. She spoke to Julian & Lucy.
