The famous Camden garage apartment gets its first, but far from last, starring role in an episode! Robbie gets dibs on the garage apartment because he is the only one willing to pay rent, much to the dismay of the Camden children. Lucy is the worst and brings home a stranger looking to scam the CamFam by alleging tortious conduct. Wilson and Billy grow to rely a little too heavily on Mary, who is having trouble handling the pressures of the fire academy and playing wife and mother to them.
