Philmont staff trail hire, Cameron Loechl joins the show.  Cameron was hired off the trail in 2004 to be a cook at Beaubien. We have fun discussing that transition from participant to staff, and the immense amount of responsibility Philmont entrusts in its seasonal staff each summer.
