Abstract: A design/usability related talk but focused on developers. Celeste will talk about code and design patterns and how they work together, and then show examples of patterns in KDE and the benefits of using them. The talk will also introduce KDE HIG patterns and point out opportunities for junior developers by working on more patterns or by fixing HIG violations as a way of learning kdelibs and getting involved in KDE.
