Abstract: Jeff recently became interested in Salesforce.com, as a result of volunteering for a nonprofit transitioning to the site. Needing to migrate their member database, he has been working on a custom method of working with SOAP and REST APIs to be able to interface with a user's Salesforce data either by a QtSqlDriver/QSqlTableModel subclass or a QAbstractTableModel subclass. Future plans include an Akonadi resource for the Contacts table in Salesforce. He plans to present his progress and discuss his experience.
