My premise for this show was looking at the coming New Year and giving some guidance as to what you can do to improve, bolster, and support your health. Randy and I talked through some of the comments then keyed in on primary initiatives you can engage with for food, exercise, mental wellness, and recovery. We give primary focus to how you can make your plans sustainable, and undergirding them with your motive. Your reason why you want to do anything to help your health and wellness.
