We talk through his playing career, the challenges and lessons that shaped him and how life evolved beyond the game. Browndog opens up about his passions outside football, including horses, mountaineering and the drive to test himself physically and mentally. We finish by diving into one of his toughest personal challenges, attempting to swim the English Channel, the limits it pushed him to and what he learned from coming close to completing it.
