Last week Fresno City Councilmember Miguel Arias claimed that an ICE raid was coming to the Cherry Auction on Saturday. Immigration and Customs Enforcement didn't show up, and neither did any of the vendors - for fear they may be deported. Is this legal for an elected official to do?
