The CPSC and BRP now recall Can-Am Defender HD10 Side By Side Vehicles with track kits from Model years 2020 and 2021. The stock CVT air intake is susceptible to obstruction with snow which causes the drive belt to overheat, break, and create a fire hazard. About 34,000 of these units were sold. Immediately stop using track kits on these recalled vehicles in snow conditions and contact a Can-Am dealer for a free repair.
