No, we're not talking about being the opposite of homosexual, ya weirdo.

If you've never heard those words or ones like it, then you probably don't have anyone in your life who loves you enough to be blunt with you. When we're not tough on ourselves, we really do need others to come along and call us out on our mistakes. 

Whether you're a friend, father, grandfather, brother or uncle, you need to have people in your life who are unafraid to make you uncomfortable if you're out of line. Also, you need to be that man who others can rely on to be brutally honest when it's necessary.
