Marley is a senior program manager at a life sciences company. A few months ago, she read an article (in Forbes) about a company that replaced all of its managers with coaches.
At first, Marley was terrified at the thought of such organizational change, especially since she gets along well with her hiring manager. But the question intrigues her as there are days when her journey to work fit would be better and sooner realized if she had access to intentional career coaching
