Fun fact: not all chips make the cut for Can It Sandwich? For example, this week I reviewed Hawaiian Brand Island Chili & Lime potato chips. They were so not good that even the mighty Kerrygold butter could save them. Which means I will be sandwiching Carolina Kettle Salt & Balsamic Vinegar potato chips as well as Utz Dark Russet potato chips cooked in peanut oil. I suspect they’ll both make great sandwiches but have to find out, right?
