Glenn Mallek has been teaching Pilates in the North Shore area since 2018. Originally he opened the Buffalo Grove and Libertyville studios in a management role but is now focusing on teaching other teachers to create a welcoming and fun culture where Pilates can be for everyone. His classes are always fun, informative and focus on making everyone feel successful and strong. In a mentorship position Glenn tries to impart upon the large teaching team the importance of structure, simplicity and soft skills in classes.
