I was recently chatting with a friend. He runs multiple companies, and they do extremely well. What was fascinating, is he's managed to remove himself from the day-to-day operations of both companies. Even MORE fascinating is how much the companies have grown since he stopped working inside of them. Hmm... I discuss in this episode.
