There is a new game genre in the works. The developers at Ubisoft call it Connected Arcade Team Sports (CATS), my co-host calls them Virtual Spectator Sports (VSS) and my brother calls them Maybe Boomers Will Actually Recognize These as Sports, Sports (MBWARTSS).

Our listeners sent in suggestions for other names for the genre and we ran those by Ubisoft developer Stéphane Drapeau who told us about the inspirations for the game. Then Max Bettendorf joins the program to give an honest of review of this game (based on the pre-alpha version) and if it may be the next Rocket League.
