I recently had an encounter with a friend of a friend (meeting for the first time) and I wasn't feeling it from the start. It wasn't a pleasant exchange but nowhere near confrontational. I usually have at least friendly 'hellos' but this one was interesting to me and how we have to fake meeting people we don't care to.
