It will be built - that's how Prime Minister Trudeau is reacting to the escalating fight between the NDP Premiers of BC and Alberta over the Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion project.  As he's does in the past, Trudeau says the pipeline is in the interests of ALL Canadians.
