Our diets are complex puzzles. We eat and drink so many different types of things and a lot of the time we have no clue exactly what we’re ingesting. Most people can tolerate a wide variety of foods, but some bodies are a little extra rebellious - causing bloating, cramping and constipation on a regular basis.
