At what age should a child be allowed to attend a funeral? Are we sure kids even understand the concept of losing a love one at such an early age or will they be traumatized by seeing the body? I ask all of these questions because my children have never attended a funeral service and I'm started to wonder if me trying to protect them is actually hurting them.
