This afternoon, British Columbians will FINALLY get a detailed look at the NDP's plans for the province.  Finance Minister Carole James will introduce the party's first full budget with child care and affordable housing expected to be front and centre.  The details of that housing plan have been a major question mark since the party took power last summer.
