Sometimes communicating how you are feeling isn’t as easy as it seems. Some people may say it’s childish, some may agree that they can relate, and truthfully some may not give a f***. I think it’s important to normalize people not wanting to communicate if they aren’t in a space to willingly do so, or even if they don’t know how to in that moment!
