Now hear me out!! Believe it or not I've heard several black people say that they believe that some white people can say the N word under some unique circumstances. Many people believe that as long as you identify with the culture that you should be allowed to say it. Others believe that you need to have certain features in order to say it, and others say you just know whether or not they should be allowed to say it. 

What are your requirements for someone to say the N word?

Can a white person born and raised in a predominantly black neighborhood say the N word? Why or why not?
