What is the difference between Can and Can't?

The letter T (we are ignoring the apostrophy). The 'T" stands for "Time" .

Given enough time, any skill can be acquired and honed. Any situation can change. Time is the difference between "Can" and "Can't" .... and most importantly, between Can't and CAN. You CAN. You SHOULD. You WILL.
