Something I hear from people often is a doubt that they can have an impact serving in ministry, or in someone's life. This seems to come more from those who consider themselves introverts and I have some thoughts on why that happens, and honestly, I can't disagree more with that mentality! God has gifted you and desires for you to work with Him in ministry (in some capacity) to expand His Kingdom!
