It's the finale of season 2 and we're continuing in Jill Zarin's apartment where Ramona Singer explodes in charity hierarchy and self promotion rules. When the dust settles pretty much all of the ladies get a brand mention at the Creaky Joints foundation gala. Bethenny and Jill have an epic fight over Skinny Girl signage and we see Simon dance with Ramona - and we cannot unsee it.
