Chelsea Ragland is an Air Force intelligence officer who started her career as an ICBM crewmember. Rising to become a mission commander and senior instructor for a team of 65 operators, Chelsea developed multiple programs--including a comprehensive upgrade program for crew commanders--and was a key force who helped transform the unit into a lethal, tight-knit fighting force.
