What does data integrity mean - basically can you trust the information in your system or systems? Medical billing data isn't complex, but if you can't trust the numbers, or worse your clients can't trust you because of your numbers, now what? Is this just a reporting problem or something much deeper? What practice management systems have a problem and what should you do about it?
