Canada’s Laurie Blouin was hospitalised after a nasty fall during training just days before the ladies slopestyle final. She was lucky enough to escape concussion, suffering only a black eye.  She overcame blustery winds during the final - to go on to claim a silver medal in the women’s slopestyle.
