Canada’s Bill C10 described as a full blown assault on free expression online. What started as a way to ensure Canadian content continued to be shown on Canadian screens has turned into a hybrid monster that has grown bigger than the government grasps. Canada’s government intends to regulate all digital content that emulates broadcast so if it moves or speaks online, the government will have say over its existence online.
