Canada's Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade Mary Ng discusses the relevance of the World Trade Organization at a time of uncertainty, rising nationalism and increased protectionism. Next week, Ng will represent Canada at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
