Joel Knight was an employee of Gerry’s Roofing in Ontario, Canada and bought the company from the original owner.

Joel talks about how he was committed to growing his business, but just did not have all the tools he needed to make it happen.

Things changed when he heard a talk at an IKO delivered by Scott Siegal, CEO of Certified Contractors Network (CCN). Scott’s presentation resonated with Joel, and he quickly realized that he needed to put much better systems and processes in place in every functional area of his roofing company.

Upon joining CCN, Joel talks about how he engaged in all the trainings CCN offers and quickly embraced the CCN community of contractors across the U.S. and Canada.

By adopting all the best practices he learned through his CCN membership, Joel saw his sales and profits skyrocket, while also creating more time to work ON his business and less IN his business.
