We all have moments and seasons of being busy. This week, we discover how constant busyness robs us of connection with family, friends, and God, and how it impacts our emotional and physical health. Looking at the words of Jesus we find that making a spiritual realignment can lead to a life realignment to find freedom from excess busyness and to be able to bear more the temporary seasons of being busy.
