Coming at-cha with a Solo-isode & chatting about Cancellations. Those last minute, "can't make it" texts are annoying. Higher % not being able to fit a Guest to fill that vacant slot. No bum in your chair, your Business expense don't get paid & you don't receive income....then what happens? Resentment & a declining Business...ouch! You gotta treat your Home Salon like a LEGIT Business. This policy is a MUST!
