According to RAINN, A national network for victims of sexual violence, 1 out of every 6 women and young girls are victims of an attempted or completed rape in their lifetime with ages 12-34 being at a high risk. 17.7 million women in the United States have been victims and that’s only with cases that have been reported, the number is much larger in other countries. So, what exactly is the problem? How are we enabling rape culture and stereotypes in our relationships with family and friends? In this latest episode we express our thoughts and emotions about our sisters sharing their stories and what we as a collective need to do to protect our women.
