Candace and I go way back. Like elementary school back. That means we knew each other before braces and training bras which makes our friendship a huge blessing in my life. We both have husbands in medicine, tackle the everyday life of being boy Moms, and hate it when people mispronounce McDonough (our hometown).  After Candace opened up to me about her struggles and her recent battle with anxiety I knew her story needed to be shared as well as some laughs.
