When we experience setbacks or straight up failures, therein we find the opportunity to debrief and analyze the “bout” and “lick our wounds,” so to speak.  

During these economically trying and shifting times (for the majority), there’s value in analysis. Especially in those who have the mental ability to view situations objectively, and course correct accordingly, which a period of clarity might be at 2am while dining at a Denny’s alone after a rough day.
