The first Canes shovel of the season goes to the Svech who had 7 goals, 4 assists and a +7 rating. Most importantly the Canes finished October a perfect 8-0. The 21-year old contributed in all facets of the game providing timely goals, consistent defense and a handful of jaw-dropping hits.
