Felicia Palmer is hoping to take Facebook to court.

With the help of David C. Holland, Ex. Director of NY NORML and litigation attorney, Palmer has filed a federal and civil suit, targeting Facebook and Instagram for their wrongful use of censorship -which relies on an algorithm that cannot distinctively sort legitimate cannabis businesses from black market dealers.

The case is pending, but Palmer has already gained recognition from Forbes and various cannabis-related outlets, creating national buzz and a wave of support from entrepreneurs facing similar problems across Facebook-owned social media platforms.
