Assemblyman Jamel C. Holley, member of the New Jersey Legislative Black Caucus Foundation & prominent leader in New Jersey's ongoing efforts to legalize cannabis, recently joined The Vault to discuss his latest advocacy surrounding social equity and criminal justice reform. 

Holley has been firm in his stance on legalization- stating the need to carve out specific requirements for the state to ensure communities affected by the War on Drugs and the states judicial system are given equal opportunities to succeed in the market.
