This week, Christian sits down with cannabis tax expert Pat Oglesby, founder for The Center for New Revenue, a not for profit that focuses on tax policy. 

Pat is a former chief tax counsel for the Committee on Finance for the United States Senate and served as co-chair of the Regulatory and Tax Structure Working Group of the California Blue Ribbon Commission on marijuana legalization. He is also a prolific writer on cannabis tax issues and one of the best policy follows on Twitter.

Professor Mikos, who serves as the LaRoche Family Chair in Law at Vanderbilt Law School,  has written, consulted, testified and lectured on a variety of legal and policy issues related to cannabis.
