Welcome to episode 58 of the Today is the Day Changemakers Podcast.

This week my guest is Fred Wasiak, President and CEO of the Food Bank of South Jersey.

Fred and I talk about so many different topics and the messages and lessons are in abundance during this episode.

Some of the lessons that Fred shares include: When you are present in the presence of others, that is truly a present. Mindfulness, compassion and selflessness are three key ingredients for people who are hungry for leadership.

I could have talked with Fred for hours as his energy and the information he shares in itself is a motivator. I believe that Fred is the type of changemaker that truly doesn't even realize how much he positively impacts those around him.
