Nicole Spencer, Executive Director and Kristen Boyd, Board Member of Heroes in Transition join Chris. Heroes in Transition provides transitional support, home modification assistance, and financial assistance to veterans, military members, and their families.

Kristen Boyd and Sarah Daley are Co-Chairs of the "Stronger Together" 12th Annual Heroes in Transition Fall Gala. The gala will be held on Saturday, November 6th at the Seacrest Resort in Falmouth, MA to raise funds in support of the troops. Tickets may be purchased at heroesintransition.org, which include a buffet dinner, speakers, and a live auction.
