HR 3055 – Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020, and Further Health Extenders Act of 2019
This bill provides continuing FY2020 appropriations to federal agencies through December 20, 2019, and extends several expiring health programs.
The CR funds most programs and activities at the FY2019 levels with several exceptions that provide funding flexibility and additional appropriations to various programs, including the 2020 Census, the Indian Health Service, Ebola preparedness and response activities, the Commodity Supplemental Food Program, and the Payment in Lieu of Taxes program.
R. 3702– Reforming Disaster Recovery Act of 2019, as amended (Rep. Green (TX) – Financial Services)    authorize sthe Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to provide disaster assistance to States, Puerto Rico, units of general local government, and Indian tribes under a community development block grant disaster recovery program  Agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: (2/3 required): 290 – 118 (Roll no. 625)
R. 4300– Fostering Stable Housing Opportunities Act of 2019, as amended (Rep. Dean – Financial Services)   To provide Federal housing assistance on behalf of youths who are aging out of foster care   Agreed to by voice vote.
R. 4029– Tribal Access to Homeless Assistance Act, as amended (Rep. Heck – Financial Services)  to enable Indian Tribes and tribally designated housing entities to apply for, receive, and administer grants and subgrants under the Continuum of Care Program Agreed to by voice vote.
R. 5084 – Improving Corporate Governance through Diversity Act of 2019 (Rep. Meeks – Financial Services)requires certain issuers of securities to disclose the racial, ethnic, and gender composition of their boards of directors and executive officers, as well as the status of any of those directors and officers as a veteran. It also requires the disclosure of any plan to promote racial, ethnic, and gender diversity among these groups. Agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: (2/3 required): 281 – 135 (Roll no. 630)
R. 4344 – Investor Protection and Capital Markets Fairness Act, as amended (Rep. McAdams – Financial Services)This bill provides statutory authority for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to seek disgorgement (i.e., repayment) as a remedy for unjust enrichment gained through a securities law violation. R. 4634– Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2019, as amended (Rep. Waters – Financial Services)  This bill reauthorizes through 2030 the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program within the Department of the Treasury  Agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: (2/3 required): 385 – 22 (Roll no. 626).
H.R. 1309 – Workplace Violence Prevention for Health Care and Social Service Workers Act (Rep. Courtney – Education and Labor) (Subject to a Rule)   This bill requires the Department of Labor to address workplace violence in the health care and social service sectors. Specifically, Labor must promulgate an occupational safety and health standard that requires certain employers in the health care and social service sectors, as well as employers in sectors that conduct activities similar to the activities in the health care and social service sectors, to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for protecting health care workers, social service workers, and other personnel from workplace violence.   Committee on Ways and Means discharged.
R. 182– To extend the authorization for the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission (Rep. Keating – Natural Resources) Agreed to by voice vote.
R. 255– Big Bear Land Exchange Act, as amended (Rep. Cook – Natural Resources)
To provide for an exchange of lands with San Bernardino County, California, to enhance management of lands within the San Bernardino National Forest, and for other purposes. Agreed to by voice vote.
R. 263– To rename the Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge as the Congressman Lester Wolff Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge (Rep. Suozzi – Natural Resources)Agreed to by voice vote.
R. 737– Shark Fin Sales Elimination Act of 2019, as amended (Rep. Sablan – Natural Resources)  To prohibit the sale of shark fins  Agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: (2/3 required): 310 – 107 (Roll no. 634).
R. 925– North American Wetlands Conservation Extension Act (Rep. Thompson (CA) – Natural Resources)  To extend the authorization of appropriations for allocation to carry out approved wetlands conservation projects under the North American Wetlands Conservation Act through fiscal year 2024.  Agreed to by voice vote.
R. 1088 – FIRST Act (Rep. Marshall – Natural Resources)To authorize the Society of the First Infantry Division to make modifications to the First Division Monument located on Federal land in Presidential Park in District of Columbia, Agreed to by voice vote
R. 1446– Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Reauthorization Act of 2019 (Rep. Clay – Natural Resources)  To require the United States Postal Service to continue selling the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp until all remaining stamps are sold, and for other purposes. Agreed to by voice vote

Lieu – Natural Resources)  To direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of portions of the Los Angeles coastal area in the State of California to evaluate alternatives for protecting the resources of the coastal area  Agreed to by voice vote
