Currently working in the Nourish Consumer Intelligence Global group, based in New Jersey since 2014. Altogether I have been with IFF for more than a decade. Starting in Mexico and moving eventually to the US. My road has included working with diverse Brands such as Danon, Cargill Yoplait, ACT II, Lucas Pelucas. In areas dealing with Sensory, Market research, and Marketing. I have a Food Engineer degree from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico and a Master’s Degree from Kansas State University, specializing in Sensory Analysis I have done consumer research not only in Mexico, Latin American but also discovering consumer needs while living in South Africa, the UK, USA and Tlanepantla. During this time while in the USA, I have been lucky to learn from global consumers across diverse food and beverage categories I have been fortunate in doing what I like, which is to understand people, consumers, how things work and working in teams. On top, of that experiencing different cultures. My passion is finding models to understand Perception and how that affects Consumer Behavior.
